How store credit works: You can purchase used books with your store trade credit. Store credit does not expire and it IS transferable.
When you can bring books in: You can bring books in anytime we are open. We will try to go through them while you wait. If you need to drop them off, or we can't go through them right away, we'll get back to you with your credit amount in a day or two. You can pick up the books we don't need, or we can put them on the "free books" shelf. You will receive 25-35% of the current retail price in store credit.
What books do we take? Current homeschool curriculum like: Bob Jones, Abeka, Alpha Omega, Saxon, learning games, manipulatives, kits, workbooks, reference materials, and any other curriculum we usually carry. We always take good children's fiction, story books, picture books, and readers.
Books we do not take: "A-list" type novels, disney storybooks, used software, encyclopedias, Sonlight instructor guides (but we love the other books!), and old or out-of-date curriculum.
Questions? As always, please call or send an email if you have any questions.
We do have a cart to put books on that we are not taking for trade. These items are free for anyone to take for their personal use.
